User Agreement & Code of Conduct

This agreement is shown before payment so users can review the conduct, safety, and booking rules that apply to every Kumpanio session.

Platform Purpose

Kumpanio operates as a presence sharing platform where users can book companions for social activities such as attending events, dining, visiting public attractions, or participating in social gatherings.
The purpose of the platform is to facilitate shared experiences and social engagement in a professional and respectful environment.
Kumpanio strictly does not provide romantic, sexual, or intimate services.
The platform does not promote or facilitate dating, escorting, or adult entertainment services.

Your booking is strictly for professional social companionship and shared public activities.
You must treat the companion with respect, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.
Harassment, inappropriate comments, sexual requests, intimidation, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited.
You must respect the companion's personal boundaries at all times.
You may not pressure, manipulate, or request services beyond the agreed social activity.
You must not request the companion's personal phone number, home address, or social media details.
Recording, photographing, or filming the companion without clear consent is strictly prohibited.
Users and companions are not allowed to arrange private meetings, payments, or services outside the Kumpanio platform.
If any user or companion chooses to make arrangements, meetings, or payments outside the platform, Kumpanio Private Limited will not be responsible or liable for disputes, damages, or losses that occur.
You must report to Kumpanio support if a companion requests private payments, personal meetings outside the platform, or any service that violates platform rules.

The companion has the right to end the session immediately if they feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected.
If a session is terminated due to misconduct or violation of these rules, the booking will not be refunded.

Any attempt to request romantic, sexual, or escort related services will result in immediate account suspension.
Harassment, coercion, unwanted physical contact, threats, or intimidation may lead to permanent account termination.
Kumpanio Private Limited reserves the right to report serious violations to law enforcement authorities under applicable Indian laws.
Kumpanio may also pursue civil legal action for damages resulting from misconduct, harassment, or violation of platform policies.
