Refund Policy

A clearer view of cancellations, eligibility, support review, and how refunds are handled on Kumpanio.

Refund Policy for Users

  • Users may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are generally non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances are reviewed and approved.
  • If a companion cancels a confirmed booking, the user receives a full refund or can choose to reschedule.
  • Major service-quality issues may be reviewed for partial or full refunds when reported within 48 hours and supported by relevant evidence.
  • User no-shows are non-refundable. Companion no-shows are eligible for a refund or replacement handling.

Refund Policy for Partners

  • Subscription or platform fees are generally non-refundable unless there is a billing error or duplicate charge.
  • Commission deductions on completed bookings are generally non-refundable unless the booking was cancelled in a way covered by platform policy.
  • If a partner cancels or fails to fulfil a booking, the user may be refunded in full and account action may follow.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Kumpanio support with your booking details and the reason for the request.
  • Refund reviews usually take 5 to 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Dispute Resolution

  • If a refund request is denied and the user or partner disagrees, they may submit an appeal through support for a final review.
