Delete your account

You can delete your Kumpanio account from both the app and the website. The delete option is inside your profile under the Danger Zone section.

Delete from your profile settings

Account deletion is available inside your own profile settings. Use the app or website option when you still have access to your account, because it helps us verify ownership before deletion.

From the app:

  1. 1Open the Kumpanio app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to your Profile screen.
  3. 3Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  4. 4Choose the delete account option and follow the confirmation steps.

From the website:

  1. 1Open the Kumpanio website and sign in.
  2. 2Go to your Dashboard.
  3. 3Open the Profile page.
  4. 4Scroll to the Danger Zone section and use the delete account option.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent after confirmation.

Some records may be retained where required for payment, fraud prevention, tax, safety, or legal compliance.

If you cannot access your account, contact support and include the email address or phone number linked to your account.

Having an issue?

If the delete option is not visible, you cannot sign in, or something goes wrong during deletion, contact Kumpanio support.
