Providing false information may result in account suspension or removal.
5. Safe In-Person Experiences
Kumpanio encourages everyone to prioritize safety during offline interactions.
We recommend:
- Meeting in public places.
- Sharing booking details with a trusted friend or family member.
- Informing someone about your plans.
- Ending the interaction immediately if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Both users and companions have the right to end an interaction if they feel uncomfortable, without pressure or judgment.
6. Respect for Personal Boundaries
A Kumpanio booking does not create an obligation beyond the agreed companionship experience.
Users and companions must respect:

- Force participation in activities someone is uncomfortable with.

Users must:
- Treat companions respectfully.
- Follow agreed booking details.
- Communicate expectations clearly.
- Respect companions as individuals, not as personal employees or service providers.
Users must not:
- Make unreasonable demands.
- Request activities outside the booking scope.
- Harass or disrespect companions.
9. Marketplace Integrity

Not allowed:

- Intentionally wasting another person's time.

Abuse of the marketplace may result in account restrictions or permanent removal.
10. Payments & Off-Platform Transactions

- Move bookings off the platform.
- Avoid Kumpanio fees or safety processes.
- Exchange private payment arrangements.
Sharing personal contact details before booking completion or attempting off-platform transactions may result in permanent account suspension.
11. Authentic Profiles & Information
Trust begins with accurate information.
Users and companions must:
- Provide genuine details.
- Maintain accurate profiles.
- Use authentic photos.
- Complete required verification processes.
You must not:
- Impersonate another person.
- Create duplicate accounts.
- Misrepresent your identity.

Users and companions must not:
