01 / Safety & Conduct

Public, professional, alert.

Users on Kumpanio go through mandatory identity verification before booking access. Still, no verification can guarantee absolute safety, so partners should use independent judgment throughout every interaction.

Meeting locations

Conduct meetings only in public, open, commercially active locations such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, co-working spaces, and public venues.

Avoid private residences.
Avoid isolated or secluded locations.
Avoid unsafe or suspicious environments.
Avoid any place that causes discomfort.

Strictly prohibited

  • Illegal substances or drug-related activity
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or coercion
  • Any unlawful or criminal activity

Emergency protocol

Leave immediately and report the incident if any safety concern appears. Kumpanio may suspend or terminate user accounts based on complaints, investigations, or policy violations.

KYC Verification

Partner identity verification is mandatory before activation. The process may include Aadhaar authentication, OTP checks, and identity confirmation.

  • False information may lead to denial, suspension, or termination.
  • Identity mismatch and fraudulent documentation trigger review.
  • Failed verification attempts can restrict platform access.

Calendar Management

Accurate availability is an operational requirement. Missed updates can cause booking declines, missed appointments, and lower performance ratings.

  • Login to Kumpanio and open Profile.
  • Select Open Dashboard, then Manage Time.
  • Create unavailable slots with date and time range, then save.

Data Collection & Privacy

Kumpanio collects limited personal information needed for booking coordination, communication updates, platform notifications, and support.

  • Basic details may include name, email address, and phone number.
  • Partner information is not publicly disclosed except where required by law, payment processing, or operational necessity.
  • Aadhaar-based verification is handled through authorized verification providers.

Bank Account & Payment Terms

Valid banking details are required for partner payouts. Payments are generally processed automatically within 3-5 working days.

  • Payouts depend on successful booking completion and compliance review.
  • Fraud prevention checks and operational timelines may affect processing.
  • Disputes, safety complaints, identity concerns, or policy violations may delay or suspend payouts.

Profile Accuracy

Partners are responsible for truthful, recent, and up-to-date profile information, photos, location preferences, and service-area clarity.

  • Mention preferred localities, travel radius, languages, interests, and social preferences.
  • Photos must clearly represent the actual partner and avoid misleading edits.
  • Misrepresentation may lead to payment holds, review, suspension, or removal.

Reviews & Community Integrity

Honest reviews help strengthen community safety, user accountability, internal trust scoring, and future matching quality.

  • Reviews should be accurate and based on completed bookings.
  • Kumpanio may moderate, remove, investigate, or act on reviews that violate standards.
  • Review activity contributes to safer future bookings.

Meeting Expenses

Unless otherwise agreed inside the platform, reasonable meeting expenses such as food, beverages, and venue costs are the booking user's responsibility.

  • Partners should communicate expense expectations clearly during the meeting.
  • Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings.
  • Keep payment expectations aligned with platform policy.

Off-Platform Interactions

Bookings and payment should remain inside Kumpanio. Independent communication, personal arrangements, and off-platform payments are outside platform protection.

  • Kumpanio is not responsible for meetings arranged outside the platform.
  • Unrecorded engagements and direct personal arrangements are at each person's own risk.
  • Kumpanio does not guarantee personal compatibility, continuous availability, financial outcomes, or safety beyond reasonable operational measures.

Platform Rights & Enforcement

Kumpanio may investigate complaints, restrict access, withhold payments, modify operational policies, and enforce safety standards.

  • Misuse, fraud, misconduct, or harm to the community may trigger immediate account action.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated at Kumpanio's discretion.
  • Policy violations can lead to payment or access restrictions.

By registering, onboarding, or continuing as a Kumpanio partner, you acknowledge these guidelines and voluntarily participate on the platform.

  • You confirm that you have read and understood these guidelines.
  • You agree to comply with applicable platform policies.
