Mid-Level Mobile Developer (Flutter / React Native)
Location: Gurgaon (On-site) - Full Time
About the role
This role is for a mid level mobile developer who will help build the Kumpanio app from the ground up. You will work closely with our CTO & Project Manager or full stack developer to create smooth screens, reliable features and a simple, enjoyable user experience. If you enjoy turning ideas into clean, fast and polished mobile journeys, this is a great place to grow.

Responsibilities
- Build sleek app screens and smooth user journeys
- Implement front-end logic and user interface components
- Assist in bug fixing and app optimisations
- Work closely with backend and QA for new features
- Bring ideas to improve UX and app performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Maximum of 3 years of experience in Flutter or React Native
- Strong understanding of APIs, navigation and app architecture
- Good eye for clean design and smooth user experience
- Comfortable debugging, optimizing and improving app performance
- Experience in consumer tech or lifestyle apps is a plus but not required
- Someone who cares about building simple, safe and meaningful experiences for people
