About the role
We are looking for a Growth and Marketing Lead who will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will create and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and leverage AI and other tools to optimize growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, paid ads, and other channels.
- Plan and run campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion funnels, and improve user retention.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to enhance marketing efforts.
- Use automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to streamline campaigns and communications.
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, social media marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, campaigns, and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Startup mindset, self-starter, and willing to take ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, growth hacking, or AI tools are a plus.
