We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Companion Operations Manager to manage and grow our companion network. You will be the bridge between our companions and clients, ensuring smooth bookings, quality service, and a safe environment for everyone.

Responsibilities
- Onboard, verify, and manage companions to ensure high-quality standards
- Coordinate and schedule bookings for events, conferences, and casual meetups
- Monitor companion performance and gather feedback from clients
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain trust and safety protocols for both companions and clients
- Collaborate with the product and growth teams to optimize processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable handling on-ground operations and client interactions
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
